This location holds an inventory of 40 docks which are seasonally rented. DeVost docks have two advantages over the NFBC docks.
- The docks sit directly in Newfound Lake water as opposed to Fowler River water, as they do at the club, so the trip from the dock to the lake is instantaneous. And…
- There is no recorded or deeded boat water length limit. This means that your boat length is not restricted by any legal covenant. So if your boat is 17 feet or 30 feet or more then its no problem. Just park it at DeVost !
